Founding Partner 

Co-founded with Carlos Rodríguez Capurro Citadelle Legal/Tax & Accountingafter 11 years as a partner at Estudio Blanco & Etcheverry and 10 years as an associate professional at Estudio Guyer & Regules.

For more than a decade he has been a professor of Taxation at Universidad ORT.

Valentín is a Certified Public Accountant from the School of Economics of the Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay (2007) and holds a Master's degree in Taxation and Accounting from Universidad ORT (2012).

He has more than 20 years of experience advising local and international clients in tax, financial and accounting matters.

With special expertise in cross-border transactions, Due Diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, international tax structuring, as well as in the landing of operations in Uruguay for non-resident clients..

He has been a lecturer on tax issues in local and international panels and has published several articles.

Since 2021 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Instituto Uruguayo de Estudios Tributarios.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and of the Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists and Administrators.
